     Sir John Twisden, 8th Bt. was born on 28 September 1784.2 He was the son of Sir John Papillion Twisden, 7th Bt. and Elizabeth Geary.1 He married Catharine Judith Coppard, daughter of Reverend William Coppard, on 25 February 1811.1 He died on 1 January 1841 at age 56, without surviving issue.1 He died intestate and his estate was administered in February 1841.1
     He styled himself as 8th Baronet Twisden, of Bradbourne, Kent on 10 February 1810.1 He lived at Bradbourne, Kent, England.1

     Catharine Judith Coppard was born circa 1790.1 She was the daughter of Reverend William Coppard.1 She married Sir John Twisden, 8th Bt., son of Sir John Papillion Twisden, 7th Bt. and Elizabeth Geary, on 25 February 1811.1 She died on 29 April 1819.1 She was also reported to have died on 13 April 1819.2
      From 25 February 1811, her married name became Twisden.1

     Geoffrey William Sherston was born in 1891 at Somerset, England.1 He was the son of John Sherston and Alice Bamfield.1 He married Monica Dulcibella Barrett, daughter of Robert Bell Barrett and Frances Madeleine Robinson.1 He died circa 1946.1
     He was educated at Wellington College, Wellington, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Rifle Brigade.1 He was agent for the Zetland estates.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Lancashire.1

     John Sherston was born in 1857 at Somerset, England.1 He was the son of Captain John Sherston and Innes Maxwell.1 He married Alice Bamfield, daughter of A. H. Bamfield. He died in 1899 at South Africa, killed in action.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Rifle Brigade.1 He fought in the Boer War.1
