     Joseph Lloyd was born on 9 May 1837 at Hopesay, Shropshire, England.1 He was the son of William Lloyd and Ann Lewis. He married Mary Stringfellow, daughter of Henry Stringfellow and Elizabeth Grace Harris, in 1863 at Clun, Shropshire, England.1,2 He died on 11 May 1916 at age 79 at Ashburton, New Zealand.1,3 He was buried at Ashburton Cemetery - Old Section, Ashburton, New Zealand, plot 488.3

She married Joseph Lloyd, son of William Lloyd and Ann Lewis, in 1863 at Clun, Shropshire, England.1,2 She died on 14 May 1921 at Ashburton, New Zealand.1,3 She was buried at Ashburton Cemetery - Old Section, Ashburton, New Zealand.3
