     Henry Hight was born in 1836 at Broughton, Northamptonshire, England.2 He was the son of Samuel Hight and Mary Ann Ward.1 He married Elizabeth Mee in 1858 at England.2 He died in 1913.1
     Henry and Elizabeth Mee immigrated to Lyttelton, Canterbury, New Zealand on the ship Lancashire Witch, arriving on 4 July 1863.2 He was a farmer in 1874 at Crystal Fountain Farm, Brookside, Canterbury, New Zealand.2
