     Reverend William Bishop Mullins was born on 4 March 1821.1 He was the son of Major Hon. Edward Mullins and Elizabeth Hilliard.2 He married, firstly, Sarah Anne Clark, daughter of Thomas Clark, on 6 October 1846.1 He married, secondly, Clara Louisa Elizabeth Pollard, daughter of George Thomas Pollard, on 4 August 1873.1 He died on 15 January 1908 at age 86.1
     He held the office of Prebendary of Wells.1 He was the Vicar between 1871 and 1901 at Burrington, Somerset, EnglandG.1 He also had four daughters (all unmarried.)1
