     David William Leslie Medlicott Vereker was born on 19 October 1930.1 He is the son of Captain Stanley Lloyd Medlicott Vereker and Elaine Irene Edwards.2 He married Jane Elizabeth Gairdner, daughter of Alan Campbell Gairdner, on 24 April 1964.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He graduated from Trinity Hall, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He lived in 2003 at Holton House, Burwash, Sussex, England.1

     Commander Charles William Medlicott Vereker was born on 21 February 1903.1 He was the son of Major John Medlicott Vereker and Mary Agnes Cayzer.2 He married Marjorie Hughes Whatley, daughter of William Hughes Whatley, on 26 June 1937.1 He died on 26 July 1995 at age 92.1
     He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Commander in the service of the Royal Navy.1 He was invested as a Fellow, Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (F.I.C.S.).1 He was Vice-Consul to Kristiansand, Norway between 1948 and 1951.1 He was Assistant Ship's Manager between 1951 and 1955.1 He was the Harbour Master at Simonstown, Cape Province, South Africa.1 He was a legal executive of the Admiralty Court between 1957 and 1978.1
