     John North was the son of Dudley North, 4th Lord North and Anne Montagu.2 He died in 1682, unmarried.1
     John North was a Fellow at Jesus College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.1 He was a Master at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.1 He held the office of Prebendary of Westminste.1 He was Clerk of the Closet to King Charles II.1 He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.).1

     Montagu North was the son of Dudley North, 4th Lord North and Anne Montagu.2 He married Mary Geers, daughter of Sir Robert Geers.1 He died in 1710.1
     He had two sons and five daughters.1

     Roger North was born on 3 September 1653.1 He was the son of Dudley North, 4th Lord North and Anne Montagu.2 He married Mary Gayer, daughter of Sir Robert Gayer.1 He died on 1 March 1733/34 at age 80.1
     Roger North was educated at Thetford School, Thetford, Norfolk, England.1 He was educated at Jesus College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.1 He was admitted to Middle Temple in 1675 entitled to practice as a barrister.1 He was Steward of the Diocese of Canterbury in 1678.1 He held the office of Bencher of Middle Temple in 1682.1 He was invested as a King's Counsel (K.C.) in 1682.1 He was Solicitor-General to the Duke of York in 1684.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Dunwich in 1685.1 He was Attorney-General to Queen Mary of Modena in 1686.1 He held the office of Recorder of Bristol.1 He wrote the book Memoires of Musicke, published 1728.1 He lived at Rougham, Norfolk, England.1 He wrote the book Examen, published 1740, a defence of King Charles II.1 He wrote the book The Lives of the Norths, published 1742.1
