[Western Australia] between 1924 and 1956, for Claremont.¹ He was awarded the Silver Jubilee Medal in 1935.¹ He was awarded the Coronation Medal in 1937.¹ He held the office of Speaker of the Legislative Assembly [Western Australia] between 1946 and 1953.¹

     William Saddington lived at Cheshire, England^G.¹

     Bessie Saddington was the daughter of William Saddington.² She married Charles Frederick John North, son of Frederic Dudley North and Flora Frances Hamersley, in 1916.¹ She died in 1964.¹
     From 1916, her married name became North.
