     Lt.-Cdr. Francis Nigel Oldfeld Bartlett is the son of S/Ldr. Charles Philip Oldfield Bartlett.2 He married Gladys Ann Winnington-Ingram, daughter of Reverend Edward Francis Winnington-Ingram and Gladys Armstrong, on 19 August 1952.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander (E) in the service of the Royal Navy.1

     Venerable Arthur John Winnington-Ingram was born on 14 June 1888.1 He was the son of Venerable Edward Henry Winnington-Ingram and Elizabeth Ruscombe John-Anstice.2 He married Joan Mary Lyne, daughter of Reverend Richard Arundell Lyne, in August 1938.1 He died on 1 June 1965 at age 76, without issue.1
     He was educated at Hereford Cathedral School, Hereford, Herefordshire, England.1 He graduated from St. John's College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1911 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1 He graduated from St. John's College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1914 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He was the Vicar between 1916 and 1921 at Corsham, Wiltshire, England.1 He was the Principal between 1921 and 1928 at St. Aidan's Theological College, Ballarat, Victoria, Australia.1 He was the Vicar between 1929 and 1936 at Kimbolton, Herefordshire, England.1 He held the office of Rural Dean of Leominster between 1934 and 1936.1 He was the Rector between 1936 and 1945 at Ledbury, Herefordshire, England.1 He held the office of Rural Dean of Ledbury between 1937 and 1942.1 He held the office of Archdeacon of Hereford between 1942 and 1959.1
