     Commander Joseph Hugh Langdon Yorke was born in 1888.1 He was the son of James Charles Yorke and Katharine Ellen Langdon.2 He married Ursula Mary Vere Lloyd, daughter of Colonel Robert Oliver Lloyd, on 24 February 1916.1 He died in August 1936 at Kenya.3
     He gained the rank of Commander in the service of the Royal Navy.1

     Lieutenant George Cockburn Yorke was born on 24 December 1921.1 He was the son of Commander Joseph Hugh Langdon Yorke and Ursula Mary Vere Lloyd.2 He died on 1 May 1948 at age 26, drowned as the result of a sailing accident in Moray Firth.3
     He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.3 He gained the rank of Lieutenant (A) in the service of the Royal Navy.1
