     Captain Charles Henry Anderson is the son of Henry Anderson.2 He married Hilda Lucy Penrose Curtis, daughter of Lt.-Col. Hubert Montagu Cotton Curtis and Marcella Olive Penrose Robinson, on 22 October 1955.1 He and Hilda Lucy Penrose Curtis were divorced in 1968.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers.1

     He gained the rank of Major in the service of the Shropshire Yeomanry.1 From 23 January 1904, his married name became Curtis.
