     Reginald Augustus Frederick Murray was born on 18 February 1846.1 He was the son of Virginius Murray and Elizabeth Alicia Poitiers.1 He married, firstly, Jane Louisa Otway Ford, daughter of Henry Bayles Ford, on 30 January 1869.1 He married, secondly, Ethel Bates, daughter of Thomas Thompson Bates, on 4 July 1888.1 He died on 5 September 1925 at age 79.1
