     John Neave was born on 2 January 1763.1 He was the son of Sir Richard Neave, 1st Bt. and Frances Bristow.2 He married Catherine Smith, daughter of Colonel unknown Smith, on 9 September 1798.1 He died on 18 May 1835 at age 72.1
     John Neave held the office of Judge Tirhoot, Chief Judge of Benares.1

     Robert Neave was born on 11 March 1805.1 He was the son of John Neave and Catherine Smith.2 He married Sabrina Marianna Bristow, daughter of Lt.-Col. George Bristow, on 14 January 1834.1 He died on 23 December 1848 at age 43.1
     Robert Neave was with the Honourable East India Company.1 He held the office of Sessions Judge for Aizmgurh, Bengal.1
