     Captain Charles Evelyn Rowley was born on 30 June 1824.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Sir Charles Rowley, 2nd Bt. and Frances Evelyn.2 He married Grace Anna Leigh, daughter of John Ward Boughton Leigh, on 11 May 1848.1 He died on 18 June 1879 at age 54, without issue.1
     Captain Charles Evelyn Rowley gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Navy.1

     Albert Evelyn Rowley fought in the Crimean War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Grenadier Guards.1
