     Lt.-Col. Thomas Thornycroft Vernon was born on 17 December 1862.¹ He was the son of Sir William Vernon, 1st Bt. and Jane Margaret Cooper.² He died on 24 January 1919 at age 56, unmarried.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the 7th Battalion, Liverpool Regiment Territorial Forces Reserve.¹

     Reverend Henry Richard Cooper Vernon was born on 12 October 1865.¹ He was the son of Sir William Vernon, 1st Bt. and Jane Margaret Cooper.² He married Jessie Georgina Paul, daughter of Reverend George Woodfield Paul, on 20 July 1893.¹ He died on 8 September 1935 at age 69.¹

     Jessie Georgina Paul was the daughter of Reverend George Woodfield Paul.² She married Reverend Henry Richard Cooper Vernon, son of Sir William Vernon, 1st Bt. and Jane Margaret Cooper, on 20 July 1893.¹ She died on 4 February 1952.¹
      From 20 July 1893, her married name became Vernon.

     Rt. Rev. Gerald Richard Vernon was born on 13 February 1899.¹ He was the son of Reverend Henry Richard Cooper Vernon and Jessie Georgina Paul.² He died on 12 May 1963 at age 64, unmarried.¹
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.¹ He graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1921 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).¹ He graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1927 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).¹ He was educated at Cuddesdon Theological College, Cuddesdon, Oxfordshire, England.¹ He was the Vicar at Finedon, Northamptonshire, England.¹ He held the office of Bishop in Madagascar between 1940 and 1950.¹ He held the office of Assistant Bishop of Peterborough between 1952 and 1957.¹ He held the office of Dean of Belize between 1952 and 1963.¹

     John Digby Thornycroft Vernon was born on 30 June 1901.¹ He was the son of Reverend Henry Richard Cooper Vernon and Jessie Georgina Paul.² He married Hilda Alice Maud Rollings, daughter of Herbert Edward Rollings, on 7 April 1932.¹ He died on 7 May 1945 at age 43, without issue.¹

     Herbert Edward Rollings lived at Norwich, Norfolk, England.¹

     Hilda Alice Maud Rollings is the daughter of Herbert Edward Rollings.² She married John Digby Thornycroft Vernon, son of Reverend Henry Richard Cooper Vernon and Jessie Georgina Paul, on 7 April 1932.¹
     She was registered as a State Registered Nurse (S.R.N.).¹ From 7 April 1932, her married name became Vernon. She lived in 2003 at Bemzells, Hurstmonceux, Sussex, England.¹
