Flora Fitzmaurice Deane-Morgan was born on 27 April 1882.1 She was the daughter of Hamilton Matthew Tilson FitzMaurice Deane-Morgan, 4th Baron Muskerry and Flora Georgina Skeffington.1 She married, firstly, Edward St. George Tottenham Irvine, son of Captain Edward Tottenham Irvine, on 31 October 1906.1 She and Edward St. George Tottenham Irvine were divorced in 1915.1 She married, secondly, Captain William R. S. Harman, son of Surg.-Lt.-Col. Rodolph Harman, on 19 August 1918.1 She died on 10 March 1929 at age 46.1
     From 31 October 1906, her married name became Irvine.1 From 19 August 1918, her married name became Harman.1
