     George Lucy was born on 8 June 1798.1 He was the son of Reverend John Lucy and Maria Lane.1 He married Mary Elizabeth Williams, daughter of Sir John Williams, 1st Bt., on 2 December 1823.1 He died on 30 June 1845 at age 47.1
     George Lucy held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Fowey between 1820 and 1830.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Warwickshire in 1831.1 He lived at Charlecote, Warwickshire, England.1
