Charles Loraine Carlos Clarke was the son of Charles Carlos Clarke.2 He married, thirdly, Myra Dora Lynn, daughter of Bernard Lynn.1 He married, firstly, Lady Eileen Maud Juliana Knox, daughter of Uchter John Mark Knox, 5th Earl of Ranfurly and Hon. Constance Elizabeth Caulfeild, on 24 November 1914.2 He and Lady Eileen Maud Juliana Knox were divorced in 1935.2 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Garland, daughter of Charles Tuller Garland, on 9 December 1936.1 He died on 19 October 1970.2
