     Ian Huddleston Abney-Hastings, Lord Mauchline was born on 23 March 1918. He was the son of Reginald Mowbray Chichester Huddleston and Edith Maud Rawdon-Hastings, Countess of Loudoun. He died on 11 July 1944 at age 26 at Italy, killed on active service.
     Ian Huddleston Abney-Hastings, Lord Mauchline gained the title of Lord Mauchline.

     Jean Huddleston Abney-Hastings was born on 3 October 1920. She is the daughter of Reginald Mowbray Chichester Huddleston and Edith Maud Rawdon-Hastings, Countess of Loudoun. She married, firstly, Edgar Wright Wakefield, son of Raymond Edgar Wakefield, on 23 March 1940. She and Edgar Wright Wakefield were divorced in 1949. She married, secondly, Captain Arthur Alexander Hubble, son of Arthur Whibley Hubble, on 1 September 1954.
     From 23 March 1940, her married name became Wakefield. From 1 September 1954, her married name became Hubble.

     Edgar Wright Wakefield is the son of Raymond Edgar Wakefield. He married Jean Huddleston Abney-Hastings, daughter of Reginald Mowbray Chichester Huddleston and Edith Maud Rawdon-Hastings, Countess of Loudoun, on 23 March 1940. He and Jean Huddleston Abney-Hastings were divorced in 1949.
