     Cecil Stafford Northcote was born in 1870.1 He was the son of Lewis Stafford Northcote and Isabella Mary Augusta Weguelin.2 He married Ida Sybil Mary Boulderson, daughter of Captain Joseph Boulderson, on 2 August 1906.1 He died on 15 February 1912.1
     He gained the rank of Captain and Honorary Major in the service of the 7th Battalion, Rifle Brigade.1

     He gained the rank of Second World War.3 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Artillery.1
