John Ussher was born in 1703.1 He was the son of James Ussher and Jane Donellan.1 He died on 14 January 1748, unmarried.1
John Ussher was educated at Midleton School.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, in 1725 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1 He was admitted to Middle Temple entitled to practice as a Barrister-at-Law.1 He lived at Ballintaylor, County Waterford, Ireland.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Dungarvon, County Waterford in 1747.1
