     Edmund Hastings was born in 1611.1 He was the son of Sir Henry Hastings and Dorothy Huddleston.1 He married Mary Copley, daughter of Averley Copley and Joan Gunby, on 27 January 1625.1 He died in 1682 at Plumtree, Nottinghamshire, England.1
