     Richard Nathaniel Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes was born on 26 November 1909.1 He was the son of Gerard Yorke Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes and Gwendolen Gisborne.2 He married, firstly, Mary Morwenna Daphne Hale, daughter of Reverend James Rashleigh Hale, on 15 October 1941.1 He and Mary Morwenna Daphne Hale were divorced in 1948.1 He married, secondly, Alice Isobel Cowie, daughter of William Cowie, on 19 August 1948.1 He died in 1988.1
     Richard Nathaniel Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.1 He graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1935 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1 He was registered as a Member, Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (M.R.C.V.S.).1 He graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1953 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He was Senior Lecturer, Department of Agriculture in 1954 at University of the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.1
