     William Harold Bomford was born on 1 January 1885.1 He was the son of John Francis Bomford and Eleanor Jane Bolton.2,3 He married Bessie Kathleen Mathews, daughter of Thomas Burlton Mathews, on 21 December 1912.1 He died on 30 March 1920 at age 35,.1
     William Harold Bomford was educated at Denstone, Staffordshire, England.1 He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.1 He was invested as a Fellow, Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland (F.R.C.S.I.) in 1908.1 He was invested as a Fellow, Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (F.R.C.Ph.I.) in 1908.1 He was District Medical Officer in the Fiji Colonial Service.1
