     Major Henry Edward O'Brien Traill was educated at Coleraine Academic Institute, Coleraine, County Londonderry, Ireland.¹ He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.¹ He fought in the Boer War.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches three times.¹ He was decorated with the award of Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1916.¹ He retired from the military in 1924, with the rank of Major, late of the Royal Garrison Artillery.¹ He was Area Commandant and Adjutant of the R.U.S.C.      Henry Francis O'Brien Traill was born on 12 December 1911.¹ He is the son of Major Henry Edward O'Brien Traill and Ella Frances Kerr.²
     Henry Francis O'Brien Traill was educated at Portora Royal School, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, Ireland.¹ He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.¹ He was a planter after 1935 at Malaysia.¹ He fought in the Second World War, where he became a POW in Singapore.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Army Ordnance Corps.¹ In 1975 he was made a Dato by the Sultan of Selangor.¹ He lived in 1976 at Bukit Blebo, Batang Berjuntai, Selangor, Malaysia.¹

     Edward John Traill was born on 11 March 1913.¹ He is the son of Major Henry Edward O'Brien Traill and Ella Frances Kerr.² He married Lilian Joan Locke, daughter of Joseph Locke, on 21 October 1943.¹
     Edward John Traill was educated at Portora Royal School, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, Ireland.¹ He was a designer and artist in wood.¹ He lived in 1976 at 12 Butleigh Wootton, Glastonbury, Somerset, England.¹
