Francis Henry Needham and Fanny Amelia Hubbard.2 He married, firstly, Grace Gore, daughter of St. George Ralph Gore, on 23 June 1873.1 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Abbot Hetherington, daughter of William Carruthers Hetherington, in 1896.1 He died on 7 July 1928 at age 81.1
