     Venerable Richard Greenall was born on 11 May 1806.1 He was the son of Edward Greenall and Betty Pratt.2 He married Eliza Mary Lyon, daughter of Thomas Lyon, on 27 November 1856.1 He died on 27 November 1867 at age 61, without issue.1
     Venerable Richard Greenall held the office of Archdeacon of Chester.1

     Sir Gilbert Greenall, 1st Bt. was born on 11 May 1806.1 He was the son of Edward Greenall and Betty Pratt.2 He married, firstly, Mary Claughton, daughter of David Claughton, on 6 October 1836.1 He married, secondly, Susannah Rapp, daughter of John Louis Rapp, on 7 June 1864.1 He died on 10 July 1894 at age 88.1
     Sir Gilbert Greenall, 1st Bt. held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Warrington between 1847 and 1868.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Cheshire in 1873.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Warrington between 1874 and 1880.1 He was created 1st Baronet Greenall, of Walton, Chester [U.K.] on 22 February 1876.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Warrington between 1880 and 1892.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Lancashire.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Lancashire.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Cheshire.1
