     Reverend John Booth was baptised on 25 September 1600.1 He was the son of Reverend John Booth and Alice Foxley.1 He died in 1627, without issue.1
     Reverend John Booth graduated from Brasenose College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1622 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1
