     Julius Deedes was born in August 1635.1 He was the son of William Deedes and Bennett Smith.2 He married Anne Bate.1 He died in September 1693 at age 58.1
     He held the office of Mayor of Hythe.1 He had three younger sons and four daughters.2

     William Deedes was born on 28 April 1660.1 He was the son of Julius Deedes and Anne Bate.2 He married Mary Gregory, daughter of Reverend Henry Gregory, in 1687.1 He died in 1738.1
     He was educated at Merchant Taylors' School, London, EnglandG.2 He was educated at Lincoln College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1 He lived at Ruffins Hill, Kent, EnglandG.1 At Canterbury, Kent, EnglandG, (an unknown value).1 He also had one elder and one younger son and two daughters.2

     Reverend Julius Deedes was born on 16 November 1693.1 He was the son of William Deedes and Mary Gregory.2 He married Dorothy Denew, daughter of Nathaniel Denew and Mary Jacob, on 9 April 1732.1 He died in 1752.2
     He held the office of Prebendary of Canterbury.2 He was the Rector at Dymchurch, Kent, EnglandG.1 He held the office of Canon of Canterbury.2

     Dorothy Denew is the daughter of Nathaniel Denew and Mary Jacob.2 She married, firstly, Reverend Richard Ibbotson before 1732.2 She married, secondly, Reverend Julius Deedes, son of William Deedes and Mary Gregory, on 9 April 1732.1
     From before 1732, her married name became Ibbotson.2 From 9 April 1732, her married name became Deedes.
