     Ethel Elizabeth Crosthwaite was the daughter of Sir Robert Joseph Crosthwaite.2 She married Edward Chandos Cholmondeley, son of Reverend Hon. Henry Pitt Cholmondeley and Hon. Mary Leigh, on 21 November 1895.1 She died on 2 September 1935.1
     From 21 November 1895, her married name became Cholmondeley.1

     Major Henry Reginald Cholmondeley was born on 11 June 1862.1 He was the son of Reverend Hon. Henry Pitt Cholmondeley and Hon. Mary Leigh.2 He married Cordelia Mercy Ormrod, daughter of James Cross Ormrod, on 17 November 1903.1 He died on 20 December 1947 at age 85.1
     Major Henry Reginald Cholmondeley fought in the Burma War between 1887 and 1889.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Cheshire Regiment.1 He was decorated with the award of Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.).1 He fought in the Boer War between 1900 and 1901, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the 10th Battalion, Devon Regiment.1
