     Patricia Pakenham-Walsh was born on 19 January 1923 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.1,3 She was the daughter of Ernest Pakenham-Walsh and Mary L. M. Boyd.2 She married, firstly, John Moyes in 1951.1,3 She and John Moyes were divorced in 1959.3 She married, secondly, John S. Haszard after 1959.1 She died on 2 August 2000 at age 77 at British Virgin islands.3
     Patricia Pakenham-Walsh was with the Women's Auxiliary Air Force during the Second World War.1 She was secretary to Peter Ustinov between 1946 and 1954.1 From 1951, her married name became Moyes. She was Assistant Editor of Vogue between 1954 and 1958.1 She was decorated with the award of Dead Men Don't Ski in 1959.1 From after 1959, her married name became Haszard.
