Grace Mary Burrowes was born on 25 July 1876.1 She was the daughter of Henry Adrian Burrowes and Susannah Rose Porter.2 She married Brig.-Gen. Edward Charles Massy, son of Surg.-Gen. Hampden Hugh Massy, on 25 March 1903.1 She died on 18 October 1965 at age 89.1

Brig.-Gen. Edward Charles Massy was the son of Surg.-Gen. Hampden Hugh Massy.2 He married Grace Mary Burrowes, daughter of Henry Adrian Burrowes and Susannah Rose Porter, on 25 March 1903.1 He died on 26 May 1946.1
Brig.-Gen. Edward Charles Massy was decorated with the award of Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.).1 He gained the rank of Honorary Colonel in the service of the 92nd Brigade, Royal Artillery (TA).1 He was invested as a Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.).1 He was invested as a Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.).1 He had one son and one daughter.1

Patrick William Burrowes was born on 16 January 1881.1 He was the son of Henry Adrian Burrowes and Rosa Barrington Drury.2 He married Sophia Marguerita Vint, daughter of William Frederick Vint, in 1915.1 He died in August 1949 at age 68,.1
Patrick William Burrowes was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, England.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the 25th Cavalry Frontier Force, Indian Army.1
