Caesar Colclough was born on 8 May 1766.1 He is the son of Vesey Colclough and Katherine Grogan.2 He married Jane Stratford on 30 November 1818.1 He died on 23 August 1824 at age 58, without issue, when the Tintern estates passed (after some litigation on the part of his widow) to his 2nd cousin (yr dau of Caesar Colclough, Ch Justice of Prince Edward's Island, and Newfoundlahd-see abow) and heiress at law.1 He died on 4 May 1878 at age 111, without issue), dau of John Kirwan, Barrister-at-law.1
