     William Chaigneau Colvill was born on 23 May 1784.1 He was the son of William Colvill and Hannah Chaigneau.2 He married Hester Lowry, daughter of James Lowry, on 21 March 1812.1 He died on 11 December 1864 at age 80, issue.1
