     Hubert George Joseph de Trafford was born on 18 January 1937.1 He was the son of Hubert Edmund Francis de Trafford and Hon. Cecilia Victoria Strickland.2 He married, firstly, Christine Elizabeth Adams, daughter of Lt.-Cdr. Maurice Sydney Adams, on 7 January 1966.1 He and Christine Elizabeth Adams were divorced in 1973.1 He married, secondly, Mary Kate Willis Fleming, daughter of Lt.-Col. Edward Charles Augustus Willis Fleming, in 1975.1 He died in 1993.1
     Hubert George Joseph de Trafford usually went by his middle name of George de Trafford.1
