     Robert Constable Cummins was born on 13 August 1887.1 He was the son of William Edward Ashley Cummins and Jane Hall.2 He married Florence Hyndman, daughter of James Hyndman, on 2 September 1924.1 He died on 18 February 1975 at age 87.1
     Robert Constable Cummins was educated at Cheltenham College, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.1 He was educated at University College Cork, Cork, County Cork, Ireland.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Army Medical Corps.1 He fought in the First World War, as Pathologist 60th General Hospital, Salonika.1 He graduated in 1916 with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.).1 He was Assistant Pathologist at King's College Hospital, London, England.1 He was registered as a Member, Royal College of Physicians, London (M.R.C.P.) in 1927.1 He was invested as a Fellow, Royal College of Physicians, Ireland (F.R.C.P.I.) in 1929.1 He wrote the book Cosmic Tlhinking in Light.1 He wrote the book Memoirs of a Cork Physician.1 He co-authored the book Mind Healing, with Geraldine Dorothy Cummins.1 He lived at Woodville, Glanmire, County Cork, Ireland.1
