Kathleen Clare Aitchinson was the daughter of James Aitchinson. She married, firstly, Hon. Henry Lee Stanton Lee-Dillon, son of Harold Arthur Dillon, 17th Viscount Dillon and Julia Stanton, on 9 September 1913. She married, secondly, Lt.-Cdr. Robert Francis FitzGibbon Dillon, son of Louis Theobald Dillon and Maria Dolores Maxwell, in 1924. She died on 29 December 1950.
From 9 September 1913, her married name became Lee-Dillon. From 1924, her married name became Dillon.

Lt.-Cdr. Robert Francis FitzGibbon Dillon was born on 21 September 1884. He was the son of Louis Theobald Dillon and Maria Dolores Maxwell. He married, firstly, Georgette Folsom, daughter of George Winthrop Folsom, on 5 February 1908. He and Georgette Folsom were divorced in 1923. He married, secondly, Kathleen Clare Aitchinson, daughter of James Aitchinson, in 1924. He died on 24 February 1954 at age 69.

Louis Theobald Dillon was born on 6 December 1859. He was the son of Hon. Gerald Normanby Dillon and Lady Louisa Isabella Georgina FitzGibbon. He married Maria Dolores Maxwell, daughter of Robert Maxwell, on 10 March 1884. He died on 17 June 1913 at age 53.
