Lt.-Col. Simon Dalrymple1

     Lt.-Col. Simon Dalrymple was the son of Sir William Dalrymple, 3rd Bt. and Anne Philp.1 He died on 1 January 1804 at Seringapatam, India.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the 1st Battalion, 14th Regiment.1

     Christian Dalrymple was the daughter of Sir William Dalrymple, 3rd Bt. and Anne Philp.1 She married Hugh Stewart, son of Sir John Stewart, 1st Bt., on 15 November 1805.1 She died on 1 July 1806.1
      From 15 November 1805, her married name became Stewart.1
