     William Isidore D'Arcy was born on 25 September 1920.² He is the son of James D'Arcy and Moira Jane Grattan-Bellew.² He married, firstly, Sheila Jane Macdonald, daughter of T. H. Macdonald, on 6 June 1955.² He and Sheila Jane Macdonald were divorced in 1961.² He married, secondly, Angela Anne Wallace, daughter of Thomas Wallace, on 2 June 1967.²
     He was educated at Stonyhurst College, Blackburn, Lancashire, England.² He fought in the Second World War.² He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Artillery.² He was member of the London Stock Exchange between 1952 and 1962.² He lived in 1976 at Fortwilliam, Ballinasloe, County Galway, Ireland^G.²

     Teresa D'Arcy was born on 22 March 1922.¹ She is the daughter of James D'Arcy and Moira Jane Grattan-Bellew.² She married M. Brian MacQuaid.¹
     Her married name became MacQuaid.
