Thomas Burgh was born in 1670.1 He was the son of Rt. Rev. Ulysses Burgh and Mary Kingsmill.2 He married Mary Smyth, daughter of Rt. Reverend William Smyth, on 23 October 1753.1 He died on 10 December 1730.1
