     Nicholas Fitzgerald was the son of Thomas Fitzgerald and Catherine FitzGerald.2 He died on 29 September 1617, (MI Rathpatrick) with other issue.1
     Nicholas Fitzgerald lived Gallstown.1 Alias Gall.1 Dau of Piers Bourke.1 And the jury found that he was seised of them by hereditary descent.1 He lived Gurtines.1 To ascertain whose title to his lands in the Barony of Ida.1 On 21 July 1607 County Kilkenny an inquisition was taken.1 On 8 December 1607 then surrendered his entire estates to the Crown.1 On 17 December 1607 and recd a new grant of them ' Helena.1

     John Fitzgerald was the son of Thomas Fitzgerald and Cicely Archer.2 He married Elizabeth Browne, daughter of Sir John Browne, on 19 June 1669.1 He died, [who m 2ndly, Anthony Harrison] issue.1
     Sett 1677 which were confirmed to him under Act of.1 County Mayo.1 Where he was assIgned half estates of Walter Bourke.1 County Kilkenny.1 He lived Gurtines.1 On 21 December 1653 ordered to remove to Connaught and was 'planted' in the parish of Turlough.1
