     Mary Cavanagh was the daughter of William Cavanagh.2 She married Sir Ferdinand Fenton Echlin, 6th Bt., son of Sir James Echlin, 4th Bt. and Jane Echlin, on 10 November 1841.1 She died in May 1869.1
      From 10 November 1841, her married name became Echlin.

     Sir Thomas Echlin, 7th Bt. was born on 8 November 1844.1 He was the son of Sir Ferdinand Fenton Echlin, 6th Bt. and Mary Cavanagh.2 He died on 16 November 1906 at age 62, unmarried.1
     He succeeded to the title of 7th Baronet Echlin, of Clonagh, co. Kildare [I., 1721] on 4 July 1877.1 He was with the Royal Irish Constabulary.1

     Sir Henry Frederick Echlin, 8th Bt. was born on 14 August 1846.1 He was the son of Sir Ferdinand Fenton Echlin, 6th Bt. and Mary Cavanagh.2 He married Mary Grace Dennis, daughter of John Dennis, on 14 April 1890.1 He died on 8 November 1923 at age 77, without male issue.1
     He succeeded to the title of 8th Baronet Echlin, of Clonagh, co. Kildare [I., 1721] on 16 November 1906.1
