     Sir Edward Wyndham, 2nd Bt. was born circa 1667.1 He was the son of Sir William Wyndham, 1st Bt. and Frances Hungerford.2 He married Catharine Leveson-Gower, daughter of Sir Thomas Gower, 2nd Bt., in June 1687.1
     Sir Edward Wyndham, 2nd Bt. was also known as 2nd Baronet Wyndham.1 He was Member of Parliament (M.P.) Ilchester , 1689–90 and 1690–95 in 1685.1
