     Daniel Eliott was born on 3 March 1798.1 He was the son of Sir William Eliott of Eliott and Mary Roseburne.2 He married Georgina Russell, daughter of General George Russell, on 19 December 1818.1 He died on 30 October 1872 at age 74,, with other issue:.1
     Daniel Eliott was in the Honourable East India Company Service.1 He was Knight Commander, Order of the Star of India (K.C.S.I.).1 Sir.1
