     George Augustus Leslie Eliott was born on 20 December 1833.1 He was the son of Sir William Francis Eliott of Stobs, 7th Bt. and Theresa Boswell.2 He married Mary Rattray, daughter of James Rattray, in 1853.1 He died on 21 March 1854 at age 20.1
