     Muriel de Moels was born in 1322.¹ She was the daughter of John de Moels, 4th Baron Moels and Joan Lovel.¹ She married Thomas Courtenay, son of Hugh de Courtenay, 1st Earl of Devon and Agnes de St. John.¹
      Her married name became Courtenay.¹

     John de Moels, 4th Baron Moels was the son of Nicholas de Moels, 2nd Baron Moels and Margaret de Courtenay.¹ He married Joan Lovel, daughter of Richard Lovel and Muriel Douglas.¹ He died in 1337.¹
     He gained the title of 4th Baron Moels.

     Joan Lovel is the daughter of Richard Lovel and Muriel Douglas.¹ She married John de Moels, 4th Baron Moels, son of Nicholas de Moels, 2nd Baron Moels and Margaret de Courtenay.¹
      Her married name became de Moels.¹

     Nicholas de Moels, 2nd Baron Moels was born on 10 August 1289. He was the son of Sir John de Moels, 1st Baron Moels and Maud (?).¹ He married Margaret de Courtenay, daughter of Sir Hugh de Courtenay and Eleanor le Despenser.¹ He died on 29 January 1315 at age 25.
     He gained the title of 2nd Baron Moels.

     Margaret de Courtenay was the daughter of Sir Hugh de Courtenay and Eleanor le Despenser.¹ She married Nicholas de Moels, 2nd Baron Moels, son of Sir John de Moels, 1st Baron Moels and Maud (?).¹ She died on 18 March 1349.¹
      Her married name became de Moels.¹

     Richard Lovel is the son of Hugh Lovel.¹ He married Muriel Douglas, daughter of William Douglas and Margaret Mar.¹
