      He had two other sons.1 He gained the rank of officer in the service of the Irish Brigade, French Army.1 He fought in the Siege of Landau between October 1703 and November 1704.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in 1704 in the service of the Austro-Hungarian Army.1
