     Richard Butler Hamilton Lowe was born circa 1800 at Ireland.2 He was the son of Hamilton Lowe and Elizabeth Carden.2 He married Rosetta Frances Butler, daughter of Sir Edward Gerald Butler and Rosetta Martin des Rameaux, on 15 April 1826 at Tramore, County Waterford, Ireland.1,2 He died on 30 March 1852 at Ireland.2
