Sir Arthur Thomas Erroll Hay of Park, 10th Bt. was born on 13 April 1909.1 He was the son of Sir Lewis John Erroll Hay of Park, 9th Bt. and Lizabel Annie Macdonald.1 He married, firstly, Hertha Hedwig Paula Louise Stölzle, daughter of Ludwig Stölzle, on 4 March 1935.1 He and Hertha Hedwig Paula Louise Stölzle were divorced in 1942.1 He married, secondly, Rosemary Evelyn Anne Lambert, daughter of Vice-Admiral Audrey Lambert, on 22 December 1942.1 He died on 3 February 1993 at age 83.1
He was educated at Fettes College, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.1 He succeeded to the title of 10th Baronet Hay, of Park [N.S., 1663] on 14 May 1923.1 He was registered as a Associate, Royal institute of British Architects (A.R.I.B.A.).1 He was decorated with the award of the Imperial Service Order (I.S.O.) circa 1970.1
