     Lt.-Gen. Sir Brydges Trecothic Henniker, 1st Bt. was born on 10 November 1767.1 He was the son of John Henniker, 1st Baron Henniker of Stratford-upon-Slaney and Anne Major.2 He married Mary Press, daughter of William Press, on 25 September 1791.1 He died on 3 July 1816 at age 48.1
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Kildare [Ireland] between 1798 and 1800.1 He was created 1st Baronet Henniker, of Newton Hall, Essex [U.K.] on 2 November 1813.1

     Sir Frederick Henniker, 2nd Bt. was born on 1 November 1793.1 She was the daughter of Lt.-Gen. Sir Brydges Trecothic Henniker, 1st Bt. and Mary Press.2 She died on 6 August 1825 at age 31, without issue.1
     She succeeded to the title of 2nd Baronet Henniker, of Newton Hall, Essex [U.K., 1813] on 3 July 1816.1

Elizabeth Henniker-Major.2,1 He married, firstly, Lillias Grant Campbell, daughter of Captain John Campbell, on 23 August 1859.1 He married, secondly, Margaretta Wickes, daughter of Edmund Wickes, on 30 January 1902.1 He died on 27 November 1906 at age 69, without issue.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Royal Navy.1 He was a practising barrister.1 He held the office of Stipendiary Magistrate [New Zealand].1
