Major John Lynam Parish Hoare was the son of Sir Joseph Wallis Hoare, 3rd Bt. and Harriet O'Brien.2 He married Jane Ellis Payne, daughter of Lt.-Col. Charles Payne, on 4 May 1840.1 He died on 12 June 1882, without surviving issue.1
He gained the rank of Major in the service of the 13th Bombay Native Infantry.1

Sir Edward Hoare, 4th Bt. was born on 23 December 1801.1 He was the son of Sir Joseph Wallis Hoare, 3rd Bt. and Harriet O'Brien.2 He married Harriet Barritt, daughter of Thomas Hercey Barritt, on 24 April 1824.1 He died on 15 November 1882 at age 80.1
He succeeded to the title of 4th Baronet Hoare, of Annabella, co. Cork [I., 1784] on 26 November 1852.1
